The room was very nice and quiet. Clean and on good repair except for a chain on one of the window blinds. Comfortable bed. The parking lot as you enter the property was on terrible condition. Probably not technically the hotel property, but it reflects on the hotel. The breakfast was so-so.

Outstanding. Our room was very nice and very clean. At breakfast I watched one of the staff go out of their way to fix a special hot meal for a child who had food restrictions because the child wanted something warm to eat. This dedication to customer service is worth its weight in gold and a credit to this chain. We do a bit of traveling and had never stayed with this Home2Suited before. We will be looking for them in the future.

Hilton Disappointed

My wife and I stayed at the Kingsland Georgia location for two nights. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and decided to sleep in the first morning. The cleaning crew was cleaning the room next door and we thought that they were having a fight. Constant banging on the walls and shuffling of whatever. My wife had to go next door and ask them to quiet down. However, no speak English so it was difficult to communicate. On top of it all, we had no hot water in which to take a shower. It was lukewarm at best and was miserable. This location has only been open for app. 7 months and never should have been allowed to open with this issue. Will not stay at this hotel again and certainly would not recommend it for anyone else.
