Home away from home
Been staying here for over 20 years. It is home away from home. Shout out to Dahlia in housekeeping for doing a great job. The dining room staff and chefs are always on point. Shout out to Sheree, Venicia and their support staff for being attentive, welcoming and always kind. They are always the highlight of my stays. The property is in need of some TLC. Hopefully management will act upon this.

They charge for water, coffee and give you all the damn tea bags in your room. No tissue to blow your nose. Minor but major things otherwise it was decent. I hope they realize there in the hospitality industry surrounded by a lot of 5 stars hotel in that uptown circle of Kinston Jamaica.

This hotel is amazing! The included breakfast was a great start to the day, and I loved that they provided a kettle and tea bags so I could make my own tea whenever I wanted. The pool was exceptionally clean and convenient, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the daily room service was a pleasant surprise—I didn’t even have to ask! I definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay here again. Worth every penny!
