We arrived at the hotel and waited and waited to be served. I am on crutches and the front desk clerk was visibly upset as I was to be on the second floor. He said he can’t change the room. I was like what would you like me to do. So with lots of huffing and puffing he found a room. The room was clean but headboards had so much dust on them it looked like years since they had been cleaned. Breakfast was another story. Cottage cheese and fruit were warm. The attendant in the restaurant was so rude. She was yelling at people and making negative comments about what food I was eating. I got up and left. (Still hungry) I would not recommend this place just to the seer rudeness of the staff.

The property couldn’t be any better situated for shopping and convenience. Food Basics is right next door and the shopping mall is less than 2 minutes drive down the road. Their are two restaurants in house, one on weekends for prime rib and other specialties, the other is a pub catering to all your lighter side meals.

Staff was friendly and pleasant as well as professional. Room including bathroom very clean and comfortable. In house dining was a big plus - food, service excellent, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was superb, only fault was the sausage and potatoes could have been warmer. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
