Greeted by non communicable staff, little English, Got into rooom, dozens of flies in bathroom, water damage on walls. Floor in front of ac unit wet. It was late, sucked it up went to get ice. Machines inoperable. Bar still open where they filled it for me.

It’s always nice to be greeted with the “millennial stare” after driving for 3 hours & checking into this hotel for the first time. That was the first of many rude interactions in less then a 24 hr period. Not only did I have to announce that I was there to check in, but everything that finally came out of her mouth was mumbled & not clear. Once the tortured check in process was over & my keys were handed to me, I had to ask her where the room was.The hotel itself is a bit of a labyrinth. It was more than necessary that the front desk staff tell you where to go. I grabbed my stuff from the car and headed to the room.I was still a little unsure due to her hand motion & the sign on the wall with all the room #’s and arrows.I saw the same girl in the hall and asked if my room was up the stairs. She said yes. As soon as I get to the top I realize that was not the location based on the numbers.Ok.Back down I went. Finally found the room.1 out of 2 keys worked Just going to say.The bathroom is dated and not clean.I should have taken pics of the hair that was on the floor & in the tub. The tv pixelated and broke up the entire time.The view I had was of a pool table where the game room & pool was.Comforter was ripped & the entire inside foam or whatever that is,was coming out all over. The room smelled like mildew. I never, NEVER complain. But for $290/night, BW should do better & be better.There is no excuse except for poor management & poor accountability.

The pictures online were promising, but the hotel itself underperformed. None of the ice machines in the building were working. None of the soda vending machines were working. Our room keys stopped working after the first night. For the price we paid, I expected quite a bit more. We will most likely not stay here again.

We should have known something was up when we checked in and a man was complaining about mice in his room. The property is very rundown and dirty. We woke up to find a big black bug in the bed. The carpets smelled like somethng had died on them. The pool was beyond filthy. This is a one star hotel at best. Avoid!

Overpriced for how out of date the facility was. Room wasn’t stocked with hand soap, but had two rolls of wet toilet paper stocked. Never received bath towels. Our key cards quit working after the first night. Had to go get a new one made. Bathroom was extra tight spaced.

We booked an outside room specifically so we wouldnt be hearing all the activities from inside the hotel. We were supposed to have a king size bed, as we booked but were not even asked and put in a room facing the courtyard, where a wedding was taking place. When i said i booked an outside room they said we are very busy and almost booked up. They switched me to an outside room but only a queen bed, im not sure why the website and hotel are not on the same page.

We checked in for a two day stay. Upon entering the room, we checked the tv (this was important as we had a few shows that were important to us to watch) and it wasn’t working. I called the desk (a trainee was working the desk and taking care of us) to report it and was told she’d send someone. No one came before we left for dinner, so I stopped by the desk to report it again and was told she’d send someone. When we returned from dinner, it still was not working. We were not told why either. I called the desk and no one answered, so I went back down to ask for it to be looked at or to be given another room. I was not offered a different room with a working tv, just her claim that someone would look at it. I waited about 1 1/2 hours and went back down to request a refund and to let her know we did not want to stay the second night. She said since it was booked through Expedia, we had to contact them. I did and they were very responsive. They contacted the hotel, but were told it was not their policy to give refunds, but that the tv would be fixed in 30 minutes. It was NEVER fixed. We left early the following morning and my information was given to the person at the desk who was very nice. He said he would give my information to the manager and that he would call me Monday. I never heard from them. It was a very aggravating experience.
