The thoughtfulness and the willingness of the staff was exceptional and notable and made staying at this hotel a great pleasure. Whoever is responsible for choosing them and/or training them deserves a lot of compliments. The location was quite good as far as walking to the areas I wanted to be in. I would stay there again

It's a clean, well-run hotel with very reasonable rates. The desk staff are nice — I requested a quiet room and they gave me the quietest one in the building. There's a pool and a gym, and you can take a lovely walk on the rail trail right next door.

Keys wouldnt open door on the first time. Had to swipe it like 20 times to open the door. Front desk reswiped the keys and still did not work. Maintance guy couldnt even open the door. When we arrived we found maintenance staff spraying rat poison down the edges of the hallways. The pool was murky and not circulating. On the bright side the breakfast was amazing and the staff were very courteous.

The property was beautiful, however the rooms are outdated, and worst of all there are MICE!!! Apparently it’s been an ongoing problem and the exterminators keep on claiming that it has been resolved. I almost had a heart attack when I saw one, definitely will not be staying there again.

The hotel was convenient for my purposes. The property is huge and a little confusing when navigating the hallways, arcade and pool area. Room was clean and n good condition, greatt mattress. The hallways are dark and could use new carpets
