I would suggest the installation of an elevator. As a person who uses a walker I find I can't manage stairs. Thankfully there was a room available on the main floor. That's my only concern, otherwise it is a nice place to stay. Thank you.🌹

The website indicated check in time was 3 pm. I purposely delayed my arrival to coincide with the 3 pm check in time only to be advised that my room wasnt ready and I would have to wait for another half hour. I left and returned at 4:30 to check in. Very inconvenient
