New and clean property. Room was nice. Got about 3 hours sleep as parties going on in the hallway until 3:30am. Complained to front desk and they did come up once, but no follow up. THIS is the reason why people book Air BNBs rather than hotel rooms.

A very good experience overall. The room was spotlessly clean with a comforable bed and quiet location. The temperature in the room and building were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. I would be happy to return.

the window sill had a few dead flies in it, but other then that it was a enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again

Very conveniently located one minute off the 40 one. The hotel is clean, it is undergoing a bit of a facelift right now which obviously needs to happen at some point, but it meant two of the floors had some construction going on. Breakfast was great for a complementary free breakfast! I travel a lot for work and this free hot breakfast feature is not often fantastic so I was very impressed. Also, the women working at the front desk both the night before and the morning we checked out were excellent.

Odd number of threatening signs detailing how much guests could/would be fined or punished. I have never seen a warning in the elevator ahout moving too much and triggering an alarm. Odd tovthink this happens often enough to need a sign.

Friendly welcoming staff at front desk. Breakfast could have been replenished better to serve all customers equally. Arrived to breakfast for 9:30 and 3 items had run out and were not replenished. Had to clean our own table before being able to sit down.

We stayed at Comfort Inn for two nights while exploring Prince Edward County. The rooms were spacious and clean and the amenities like the pool and free hot breakfast were great. The location is ideal being just off the 401 and there are plenty of dining options just a short drive away.

In general everything was good. Unfortunately, shower head was broken and spraying water to the ceiling, outside the bathtub, I called the front desk and explained the problem. They said that they did not have a resident handyman. I suggested that if they had a set of pliers, I could most likely rectify the problem. They did not have one. By the time the handyman. I would be gone. They had no alternative option for me. No one apologized.
