In general everything was good. Unfortunately, shower head was broken and spraying water to the ceiling, outside the bathtub, I called the front desk and explained the problem. They said that they did not have a resident handyman. I suggested that if they had a set of pliers, I could most likely rectify the problem. They did not have one. By the time the handyman. I would be gone. They had no alternative option for me. No one apologized.

Found some pieces of hair on one of our queen beds and bathroom floor. I am not a picky person depending on the amount of hair present but then also found some on the bathroom floor which was urking. This should be standard to have cleaned but I was there only one night so didn’t complain. Staff was real nice and helpful. Breakfast served was qreat as it had the basics and was fresh. I really enjoyed their self pancake maker. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would stay here again if I visit Napanee again.

Dirty

My room was very dirty. There were many dead bugs in the room. When I pulled down the sheets there was long strains of black hair on the bed. The location was good, and the staff was friendly, but I was not happy with the condition of my room.
