disappointed in Kingston, ontario
Front desk asked for 2 IDs, despite being a Marriott member and coming frequently to this hotel. I found it peculiar and no explanation given. A 20$ charge was placed on my credit card and charged went thru CC. and despite hotel being not busy, I was given a handicap room and am not handicapped?

The room was as expected. Facilities were top notch. Restaurant and food prices higher than expected and no breakfast included. The pull out couch was TERRIBLE! Our granddaughter had to sleep on it and she woke to a very sore back and neck. I could never imagine an adult sleeping on this type of bed in this Hotel.
