The rooms were clean and comfortable!the cleaning staff did an excellent job!Nothing to say there. My main issue was the noise in the corridor;children screaming after midnight.I wish there were signs up at least to keep the noise level respecful after a certain time. Lady at the receptionist says she hadnt received my request for early check in,so when we arrived there close to noon,she said she was going to ask us to wait 30 minutes extra before charging us for the room,which honestly defeats the purpose of an early checkin(between 11 and 2 pm.She did realize soon after that the request had indeed been received,apologized and let us go to our room.She was apologetic towards us,but it caused unecessary drama.hopebthis was a lesson learned by the young lady

Staff was wonderful and try hard. The beds were super comfy with clean towels and sheets. The hotel itself is a little rundown. There was a large crack in the tiles in our room and the hottub was warm and didnt really work. The breakfast area needs to be bigger to accommodate all the guests but the breakfast offerings were good. Love the 1 minute pancake maker.

Clean and friendly staff. Very popular hotel - very busy because it’s in a convenient location. Close to 401 and downtown Kingston is not to far. Bus stop at the hotel doorstep and the restaurant across the parking lot is great - reasonable, big menu and clean. This is a good spot and great price. Lots to do in Kingston!!!

Avoid unit 138 if you are staying for a king bedroom. The TV is not working, and there is no thermostat for the AC. We reserved two king bedrooms, our friend is staying in another unit with both (TV program and AC thermostat), and we are paying for the exact same price. Why the difference? Plus, there was no bath towel when we first get in the room. We had to grab them by ourselves from the front desk. The staff are nice, but facilities really are quite old. Not worth the price.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and my room was very damp. The towels would not dry and when I got dressed each morning, my clothes felt wet. The deadbolt on my door did not work, nor did my coffee maker.
