We stayed here the weekend that we dropped our son off at Queens University. The location was perfect for moving him into his dorm and manoeuvring around the city. Highly recommend for ease!

I stayed here for a work event. It was easy to find, well kept and all the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed my dinner at the event, and the buffet breakfast was not included but delicious. The rooms were fine. My only complaint was I was on the ground floor with a window that didn't lock. I should have something, but I didn't. I regret it now as I didn't sleep well knowing it was not locked (I stayed alone) .I am sure they would have tended to it quickly or switched me rooms but I chose not to say anything!

This hotel has the best staff. It's quaint, elegant space has character. It's like something out of a Hallmark movie. You will not be disappointed. The breakfast is unlike any other place- they don't do service like this ANYWHERE else! I will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great experience at this hotel! Booking and check-in were easy, and it was an excellent value overall. We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was just what we needed. The rooms are clean and simple, and ours had a lovely view of the lawn and trees—the autumn leaves just starting to turn made it extra special. Breakfast being included was a nice bonus too. It was only a quick drive from downtown, which made it easy to get to everything, but we loved being just a little bit away from the bustle. Would definitely recommend!

Pleasantly satisfying

The accommodations were comfortable and had the conveniences. The body wash that was supplied was completely empty but that didn’t have an impact on our stay. Walls are thin and if you are a light sleeper you may be affected. At 9:10 housekeeping briefly knocked at the door and before my travel companion and I knew what was going on and responded she had already unlocked the door and partially entered the room before we told her it was still occupied. It was very awkward as it was nowhere near check out and we were chatting comfortably and visiting while packing. Breakfast and servers were easily 5 stars. Food was hot and fresh and staff attentive. Desk service lady ( with blond neck length bob) was excellent. Would stay again.

Convenient location and free parking. Room was a little dated and had a musty smell. Beds were comfortable. Noise from the hallways woke us early as quite loud. Breakfast was very good and a nice included feature.
