Broke my car window and stole things in the hotel
Terrible experience in Double Tree hotel Kingston. During the night my park that was parked in the hotel parking lot was found with a broken window and all my ski’s equipment was stolen from the trunk. The staff and manager said that was not their responsibility even though they had cameras turned towards to the parking lot. They said the hotel is new but it is not the first time it happened. I don’t recommend unless you want your car/personal items to be stolen.

Room wasn't cleaned prior. there were used plastic shot glasses scattered around the room. Mini fridge was left open with drinks still inside as well. Also, the window in the room doesn't have a good seal so, room was quite drafty during the poor weather outside.
