We had an issue initially with the room air circulation not working at all, they addressed the situation professionally, moved us to another room and kindly offered us upgrades. Very nice and professional staff at all levels. This will be our go to hotel when visiting our son in uni from now on.

This property is a basic hotel. Nothing fancy but an upgrade from the hotel it took over. Nice renovations but loudest air/heating in room fan ever! No makeup up shaving mirror in bathroom and minimal toiletries. Didn’t eat here but dining area looked less than inviting. Very open cold space.
