Air conditioning was not working great our first night during a heat wave. Maintenance was quick to come check it out and realized the wrong grill was installed restricting air flow. Breakfast in the morning was overpriced and they messed up my wife’s order twice.

We booked a junior suite and it was extremely small and very poorly appointed. The air conditioning was so loud we couldn't sleep all night. Do not book this hotel until you do very significant due diligence on your room. Having 275 inch TVs is over no consequence when you can't sleep all night. The junior suites are a joke very very, very disappointed in our stay try somewhere else.

We loved this Marriot Hotel for the location. You're right in the heart of many restaurants, close to the water front, and minutes away to drive to atractions, ie, the penitentiary. The place was nice and new, very clean and comfy bed.

The property was great. The facility was clean. The elevators are a little slow, but nothing to be too concerned about. The rooms were clean and well made up. The only drawback is that room service ends at 8 o’clock.
