This was actually a lovely hotel, but it was hard to tell just how good it might be, since the hotel was under renovation. Our rooms were already renovated and they were gorgeous, but other amenities such as the gym and restaurant were unavailable. I found the hotel to be overpriced, considering the general inconvenience of the renovation project.

Hotel was under renovations while we were there. Still expensive for one night as I would have thought there would be a discount seeing the place is under construction. Hotel room and floor was fine, all clean and comfortable. Hotel is right downtown so everything is within walking distance, so it’s very convenient.

Didn't know the hotel was under renovation when booking. The shower didnt drain properly, construction woke us up in the morning due to hammer drills. I'm upset that i spent over $600 and got what we got

Amazing!
The stay was amazing - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was big, the bed/bedding was super comfortable. Good amount of plugs/usb ports. Alarm clock was smart and had a wireless charger (just put the phone on top and it charged). Shower had good pressure and the soap/shampoo line was INCREDIBLE - made me feel like a new person after showering. Would like to specifically mention the staff members Isaac and Jennifer as they were above and beyond friendly and helpful! Everything was great and we would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kingston.

The property is undergoing renovations currently (August 2024), but my room was very nice and comfortable, and employees were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent with lots of restaurants and the waterfront nearby.

Renos/on-going updates was not inconvenient in the slightest. Hotel staff very professional and pleasant. My room was great! Everything brand-new and super comfy. The location is so convenient. Both to the 401 (not even 5 km away) and pedestrian friendly to amazing dining, sightseeing and shopping. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness from the elevator ride to the 9th floor and the condition of our room. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The only complaint was that the fan was non-functional in the bathroom and the air conditioning unit in the room was very loud. We were also disappointed that we did not mention upon booking that we are seniors and could have gotten a better rate if we had called the hotel directly...next time we shall definitely do so!

Hotel was Under major renovations that we were unaware of flyers were everywhere indicating that our blinds/stripes needed to be closed at all times to ensure privacy. Who wants to be in a hotel in the dark? They were down to one elevator. Work began some days at 7:30 or shortly before. the restaurant is closed and room service is being offered, however, coincidentally, the two nights that we stayed are the two nights that there’s no service offered. How to chase down screening floor a few of the mines that were not replaced by coffee, cream, sugar, sugar, Kleenexes, and only one towel was replaced.

Great stay in Kingston
Decided to do a getaway mid week with my best friend. Hotel was fantastic. Hotel is under construction, but it was workable. We had no issues with anything. I look forward to returning to Kingston in the very near future. Will definitely book here again. Close to the pier, and walking distance to nightlife and restaurants.

Under renos. Rooms are new and clean. The parking underground is in need of a cleaning. Almost fell getting out of my vehicle due to the slippery dust. The hotel could let u park for free. $30 a day is a little much.
