Beautiful location and the staff was super helpful. There was no refrigerator in our room but we asked about it at the desk and then they brought us one! Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good and free parking across the street for customers of the Inn. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful location with great views. The staff was very good, but the hotel is tired and un-kept in many areas. The food in the restaurants was ok, but not great. This hotel has much untapped potential with a little more attention to detail.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Inn, especially since it was not the busy season. The breakfast menu could have been more than egg based items, such as granola, yogurt, fruit selection. We found the staff friendly & accommodating.

We loved staying at the Gananoque Inn. The staff were wonderful and very kind. The room was clean and well appointed. We had breakfast at the hotel both days, and although tasty, we found the portions were smaller. The breakfasts were complementary with our stay, but if paying was an option it would have been too expensive for what you got.

Need to have the option of real maple syrup at breakfast. And the menu should reflect some dishes native to the land of the current proprietors.
