The property is located right off the highway and across the street from many amenities, restaurants, drugstore ect. These are all the things that made me book this hotel. What I didn't like was a large group of hockey kids and parents where staying there at the same time. The kids were loud and not supervised by their parents therefore playing on the elevators causing a 15min wait in the lobby to get on the elevator. Then making it to our floor greeted by a crowd of 8-10 kids sitting by our door playing in the hallway. I wish that as a loyal customer that we could get a heads up that this is what to expect. They were loud especially outside our room and what was suppose to be a girls weekend to see my daughters who go to Queens University and spend some time together. Turned out to be checking out early from the hotel without having breakfast because there was no room for anyone else in the eating area to sit and having to pay for breakfast to get some peace and quiet and space. A Very Frustrated Stay!

The hotel had a hockey group with kids hanging out in the hallway and in front of our room door. Leaving garbage and making a lot of noise. Also had to wait 15 mins for an elevator because only one was working and the kids were playing with the elevator making it stop on every floor holding it up.

Super location. Right off the highway. Walkable to restaurants. Check in easy. Public areas clean. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Beds super comfortable. Breakfast has something for everyone. Hot tub was fantastic. All staff friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return.
