Booked a standard king size bed room only to be given a double queen bed room when we checked in. No mention of this by the young woman who checked us in, which would have been a courtesy. When we discovered the switch, I went back to the front desk to enquire about getting the room I had actually booked only to be told its the hotel's choice what room they give us and that they often overbook. I pointed out that I had just booked it two days prior and the website indicated they had two king rooms available. Once again, the only response was that it's the hotel's choice what room they give us. On top of that, charged us $6 a night for parking, which was not indicated in the online booking but a hidden charge when checking in. Bait and switch rooms under the policy that it's the hotel's choice is nonsense and a new business practice that I have never before encountered anywhere else. We will be staying elsewhere when we travel in the future.

Great Hotel for a Shopping Trip
Excellent hotel. This is the third time I have booked this property for a December shopping trip. Location is excellent, close to all shopping. Room was excellent. Comfortable beds, very clean. Breakfast offered lots of choice, staff were very attentive to keeping the area well stocked and clean. The warm cinnamon rolls are worth the stay! My only suggestion would be to have a smaller portion of milk for cereal so that there would be less waste.
