Comfy room in good location
We stayed only one night. Service was efficient and room was comfy. There were some sparkly confetti left on the carpet from previous guests so cleaning was not very thorough. Wallpaper from one corner of the room was peeling badly indicating a potential damp problem. The lake view was really nice and location very good.

The lobby was clean and bright and the staff lovely, but on arrival in my room the toilet had clearly not been properly cleaned. A member of staff was sent to deal with this, but he didn’t remove his gloves after cleaning the toilet and touched the door knob to leave. I had little confidence in the cleanliness of my room.

I really enjoyed my stay here compared to other places I’ve stayed at. I was really impressed with the breakfast buffet. Parking was easy as it was in front of the hotel and the rate was cheaper compared to other places near by I’ve stayed at. The staff were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.
