Hotel lobby is undergoing renovations. No lobby coffee, ice machine unplugged. The check-in clerk was very helpful and let me into the breakfast room to make myself some tea on arrival.

An AODA-barrier-free exp

I don’t say this lightly, but this hotel’s staff—while understandably cautious about my initial assertion of my Thomas being a properly documented service dog for my disabilities given nowadays some folks indeed conveniently claiming this status for their pet dogs even though they can’t substantiate it—upon me producing medical attestation, have diligently and compassionately provisioned accommodations to us. So kudos for that and Thomas has been able to relax a bit so thanks for your understanding and support.

The staff was very friendly. They offered to store our bikes inside when they noticed our bikes on the back of our vehicle. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but our room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. Continental breakfast was very basic, but it met our needs.
