“That was a nice hotel!”

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Kingston for just one night on our way to Gananoque. It was a last resort booking around 9 p.m., but it ended up being a pleasant surprise. Even though the stay was short, the sleep was very comfortable. My 4-year-old daughter even said, “That was a nice hotel!” - she especially loved the beds. The room was clean and didn’t have that old carpet smell, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d give it a 9/10. Points lost only for personal preference (I’m not a fan of carpeted rooms) and for breakfast ending at 9 a.m. - a bit too early for my husband, though it worked fine for us since we were up with our little one. The 12 p.m. checkout was a great bonus. For a quick stopover, it was clean, comfortable, and definitely family-friendly.

Staff were very pleasant, rooms were clean, bed comfy. Close to the on/off ramp to the 401. The only downside was the proximity to restaurants costed about $17 for an Uber to near by dining. 20 minutes walk to the closest restaurants other then Tim Hortons and A&W. But would definitely stay again.
