Perks at R Hotel

This was our second time to stay here, and we enjoyed it overall. We had noisy neighbors late at night, which disrupted our sleep, but sometimes that happens in hotels on weekends. The buffet breakfast is very nice, up on the rooftop with a great view. Being able to do laundry in the hotel room is a perk. Thanks for the covered parking as well. This is a convenient location to many of the city sights.

I love my room Housekeeping is excellent. My only disappointment is I have to pay extra for my brother. I did not get the US $20 at the bar and also the Jamaican breakfast. I was told that I had to book directly through R to get those amenities.

R Hotel is the best.

My stay was great. The staff in housekeeping were awesome and very friendly. The breakfast, lunch and dinner crew were excellent, polite and courteous. This was my third time staying at the R Hotel.

The food is good and the rooms are very comfy. I will certainly be back. This is my go-to hotel. The VIP experience is certainly worth it. Breakfast and everything is good. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Fallen off since my last visit

Very convenient location. Spacious rooms. Convenient with kitchenette and washer dryer. HOWEVER, once I used the bath there was a dirty drain smell that lingered in the bathroom. By the time I realized this I was already halfway through repacking my suitcases and knew that a room relocation would be inconvenient. Bath towels smelt raw, but appeared clean. AC was not cold, but room was tolerable. Continental breakfast was just ok.
