Our trip was great, but there was issues with the hotel room. The carpets were really dirty. You could feel the grime under your feet. All the doors looked like they were broken into. At least they could have fixed them. The shower nozzle was not secured to the wall. You could see the back of the wall. There was an open panel under the sink, that the screws were just gone. The sliding door couldn’t lock properly, but the beds were confortable. The service was impeccable. Our checking was on point, but you had to pay upfront, not at the end. Which I found a bit weird. There wasn’t a restaurent or breakfast in the hotel per se. They are connected to Denys, which the food was not that great, but the service was good. All in all I gave them a 3 star

Every single person before me had a problem with check-in. The fees were way higher when I got there than what I was promised/ booked at. It's basically a motel on the outskirts of town. If you're looking to wander around downtown Kingston, do not book this hotel. The toilet plugged. The room itself was dirty. There was no mention of Wi-Fi. I had to call the front desk and ask. I would not stay here again

This was a last minute booking, so I cannot complain too much as my options were limited. Hotels are increasingly expensive these days, and compared to where I stayed 2 days earlier in Niagara Falls, for cheaper, this place felt very dated and again expensive.

Its basically a motel turned hotel vibes, had a brand new lobby area built onto old building some parts of the room were updated and some still from the motel days, the bed was ok, had a spring broken on my side i barely slept, but was nice and quiet , the pool area was clean and indoors great way to relax and cool down, gym accommodation was small but had necessities, had to pay for parking which i think is crazy cause again parking spot right outside your room, not in a lot! Would i stay here again ??? Maybe depends on vacancy in the area and costs

This hotel charges for parking. It is a shared hotel with the Comfort Inn Room was clean. Mattresses were very soft. Carpet was coming off of the floor and was a tripping hazard.

First off, the carpet was so filthy that I wish I could show you a picture of my wife's feet, they were as black as the ace of spades. The shower is of a poor design as the majority of the water flows onto the main portion of the bathroom floor. I almost slipped on the soaked floor. The TV did not work properly throughout our 3 day stay, it kept saying that this channel will be available shortly, however 15 minutes later still no program. On that note we did not get to view anything on the TV. We even had the handyman show up twice. There was no dresser in the room just a coat closet. I'm sure that I requested a King size bed and only had a Queen.No irons The sink is of poor style as there is no sink plug. No breakfast supplied and the Denny's restaurant was of poor quality. No your problem I suppose.

I have stayed in many, various price point, hotels all over the world. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It fit in its price point category but what was better than, the bed linens, they were the best… possibly, I’ve ever had… truly. I nearly took them home, accidentally, of course.

Okay

No shampoo in the shower in one of our rooms. There was only decaf coffee to brew in the morning and the sheets were uncomfortable. Other than that the beds were fine and it did the trick to lay our heads down.
