The sinks and mirror were not cleaned from the previous guest. Shower curtain stained and so thin that the entire bathroom got wet from the shower. Beds were comfortable and clean. Nice outside area for the kids. Friendly staff. Good quality for the price.

The room was fine, just wasn’t as clean as I would prefer. I had to wipe down inside of drawers to put clothes in, as well as the coffee maker and inside microwave. One of the draw curtains was partly off the rod so I had to maneuver curtains to secure privacy. All in all, a decent place to stay for a few nights. Rich and staff are very friendly.

The price was outrageous for a very dated room…but the filthy conditions were unacceptable. The carpet appeared very old and stained and in bad need of replacement, we weren’t comfortable touching our uncovered feet to the floor. The tub basin and shower curtain were inexcusably disgusting. I mean come on..either bleach or replace the curtain. I was grateful to have sandals I could shower in since the tub floor, with the ancient added grip strips and severe staining, was just plain nasty. The miniature coffee maker had old gross coffee pouches still in the tray, so no using that. The non room darkening curtain almost covered the window but not adequately. The light switch controlling the vanity worked intermittently. We didn’t expect luxury but clean and functional would have been nice. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

Morning after my stay, skin was itchy. By that evening I had multiple red irritations on my neck, back, arms and legs. Definitely bites of some sort, and they were arranged in groupings of 3. All over body. If none of that happened, this would have been a “fine” stay. This is an older motel, and could certainly use upgrades. But I’m not bothered by that, since I have stayed in many motels and know what to expect going in. Unfortunately the above incident completely destroyed this experience. I did reach out to property, they apologized, and said that they would look into my concerns.

A terrible nights sleep on a lumpy mattress. The other bed had dirty sheets. Bedspreads were not clean The room had a moldy smell. Facility needs to be upgraded. Can’t believe this was AAA approved. For $158 it is affordable. Not worth it. The reviews were good. I guess reviews aren’t always reliable and true.

Good location,friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, there was an issue with air conditioning in one of the rooms we booked, but we were able to stay in a guest house on the property. Very accommodating. Ice machine was also not functioning , but we got around this as well.Property could use an update, but it’s good forth price and the manager makes up for any deficiencies.

Great stay for the price!!

Great stay for the price. Clean room, great service. Host gave recommendations for hiking places near by too. Beds are not soft and if you’re on the top floor you can hear people walking by pretty loudly. Mostly children running.

I loved it and will only stay there when I’m in the area again! I totally dug the old school 50s-60s charm of the decor, nice spacious grounds with benches and seats for relaxing, super friendly and helpful front desk service and my room was spotless. These throwback motels are vanishing, we need more Red Ranch’s!
