Challenging

The floor in our room is not clean. If walking barefoot you will see the dirt on your feet. The bathroom is finish in black, black countertops black sink, black toilet and the lighting is very dim. If you wear glasses this could be a challenge if you putting your makeup. The shower head is very high so if you are short your hair will get wet even if you clip it up or if you try to shower your child you will get wet trying to do this. I can just imagine how a person with disabilities will maneuver this. This is a major challenge for me and for this reason I will not return here again

The property was awesome to meet family and friends. The pool area was great. The room was great. However. Constantly requesting cups for tea was a bit annoying. Your staff was pleasant smiled and was courteous. The food was great. I look forward to booking another trip soon. There were folks begging for money and bottles of water around the property. I know it not you all faults. I see there are businesses in the area.

We have stayed in this hotel for a few times, but this year the quality of the breakfast has significantly degraded. They also charged Microwave for sterilizing baby bottles, which is free in other hotels we stayed on this trip.
