They changed the accommodation to another motel at will, not the accommodation I reserved. It was forced to change to a place where the grade was low and far away, and without regard to the customer's intention.

Super 8 Kingston is a good option if you are looking for an affordable stay and don't mind the quiet location a little out of the way of mainstream Kingston. The continental breakfast was nice with a decent range of choices. However, if you would rather be closer to major downtown areas (restaurants, shopping etc), then this is probably not the best option.

I love this hotel. I have allergies and P.K. at reception made sure I was upgraded to the room without carpeting. He is very kind, efficient and a joy to chat to during my solo breakfasts.
