Room stinks of urine, carpet is filthy, blood spots on the sheets. Very run down. Vomit or feces in the bathroom floor. Plenty of hot water and towels were clean though

Worn down, ugly, unkept, unmaintained, unpleasant staff, “breakfast” is cold coffee in a thermos and a pre packed muffin that they don’t take responsibility for, shower does not drain, carpet smells, room is stuffy, power plugs don’t work and are scarce, stairways are filthy. Is this America??

We have stayed here before and it wasn’t as nice as our recent stay. It was a last minute reservation as we needed a break in the driving and a hot shower as we were in the heat all day. Room was clean, bed was very comfy. Quiet too. Check in went smoothly!

Haven’t been back to NY since 2005. Came home to lay my parents to rest. Super 8 staff were awesome. Very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and house keeping were very proactive in keeping our needs met. Would book again.

Location is in Upgown Kingston. Very nice. The hotel itself was clean but needs upgrades. Carpet was ripped in bedroom. The tub had a non slip mat which was stained and marked up. Staff was nice.
