Overall I really enjoyed my stay. It started rough with a late check in and while I got a room upgrade (which I was unaware of), I had to change rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel offered cable television which was a plus as I do not like to sign in on my apps when I stay at a hotel and many hotels I visit do not offer this. The manager was amazing and really ensured I enjoyed my stay, and the food was really good at the main restaurant. I would have enjoyed my stay even more if the wait time at the restaurant was better. You got seated immediately, but one of the 4 nights it took long to get my dinner and when I received it, the steak was not the temperature anticipated (room temperature as if it was sitting for long). The wait time for the bill was also long, few times up to 20mins. A storm passed through during my stay and the team really tried to make me feel comfortable as I was at the hotel for the full day. However friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and good food.

We were greeted with welcome drink and cool towels. The team was friendly to our kids. Our favorite thing was breakfast. It was delicious. Our children enjoyed the Jamaican foods.

It's an older hotel but with very nice tropical decor and a cozy feel. Front desk, dining and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with a bar and nice indoor lounge.
