From the moment I arrived, my experience at S Hotel Kingston was absolutely amazing. The property is stunning—modern, spotless, and full of warm Jamaican charm that immediately makes you feel at home. The atmosphere perfectly balances luxury and comfort, creating the ideal setting for relaxation. The staff truly made my stay exceptional. At the front desk, Camille and Moya were both welcoming, professional, and attentive—always greeting me with smiles and making sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to departure. In the restaurant, Kadian provided top-notch service—friendly, engaging, and always ensuring my dining experience was wonderful. A special thanks to Stacy, the Housekeeping Manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and hands-on with her team. My room was always pristine, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every single staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience for guests. Their teamwork and hospitality are what truly make this hotel stand out. The amenities were excellent—the pool area was relaxing, the restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks, and the entire property had a vibrant yet peaceful vibe. Overall, S Hotel Kingston exceeded my expectations in every way. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were outstanding. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Jamaica and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston!

Second stay here, once in its previous life as The Spanish Court. The room is compact and well appointed but then in Kingston you will spend little time in the room. The hotel is immaculate and newly refurbished the location is excellent to explore Kingston and loads of fast food options nearby.

Overall an okay stay given the purpose of the trip. Food was not great and extremely overpriced with the exception of the authentic Jamaican foods in the breakfast buffet. As we are from the Caribbean, we expected and were very much looking forward to more authentic Jamaican foods on the lunch and dinner menus, but I can appreciate that the hotel may be mostly catering to international guests. The Jr Suite room was spacious and clean however it was very noisy from the busy street infront on the hotel. The AC in the room was very cold and comfortable given the hot climate in Kingston. Hotel pool area was beautiful and very spacious to relax and enjoy but there was very limited bar staff service. On site cafe was a convenient place to grab a light snack, lunch or drinks however there was very limited staff service there. At times there were no staff present at all for periods of time to take orders or to serve customers. Some of the staff were not attentive enough serving customers. The lobby area was very tastefully designed and a lovely place to sit and relax. Front desk staff were friendly and even gave us an unusually early check-in. Overall a good place to stay for a short business trip or if you are in Jamaica to visit the US Embassy.

Great for the price and the location. I don't get the "Luxury Boutique" feel as you would expect. I stay here often so clearly there isn't anything at all wrong with the property. I had a VIP upgrade, but I'm not quite sure what that was. Rooms very clean towels and sheets very clean actually white and soft. Pillows are horrible and my bathroom had a leak from the upstairs bathroom. Property is an older property so as to be expected a renovation of the property is needed, bu t the stay was pleasant

The hotel is aesthetically nice. The food in the restaurant was very good; the buffet breakfast (was included) was nice; however, it’s the same every day. You have the option of ordering off the menu. The staff throughout the hotel are really professional and kind. My favorites were Winston; he makes the best rum punch ever and coming in at #1 is Christopher Coyle. Christopher was excellent because he understands the value of great customer service. He truly is a gift and I hope management recognizes his stellar skill set and rewards him accordingly.
