Very nice and clean hotel room. Newly renovated. Bed was comfy. Room was very big, not expected from the outside. Staff was very helpful, and a great recommendation for supper. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

It is appalling that they charge $450 a night because it's the "Queen's University's Homecoming". It is far from the downtown, it's cheap and the area is awful. With the right price it would be good, but not at that price. Shame on this hotel to charge so much money! Will never go again.

Clean, comfy beds, helpful staff. It was good for what we needed. I would have preferred a kettle in the room, I'm a tea drinker, but otherwise it was good for what we needed.

The only problem was a guy and his wife obviously drank too much. And we're fighting. Loud but not after 11pm. The staff told me police were coming. Otherwise as expected for the price.
