We stayed for 2 nights at the Strata Hotel. Parking was easy and we always found a space. We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room was quite spacious, clean and had everything we needed including a small sitting space with 2 chairs. It was very convenient to have a mini fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine in the room. I wish the customer service experience was better. When we arrived (around 7pm) for check-in, there was no one at the counter. We heard some girls talking in a back room and went to call them for help. One did eventually come out to check us in. She wasn't really friendly. Furthermore, we indicated there would be 3 people in the hotel room, but only received enough towels for 2 people. Wasn't a huge deal as we just asked for extra towels. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Strata hotel.

Bed was comfortable, room was very nice. Travel with my doberman and they gave a little bag with treats and poop bags! Nice touch. Will definitely stay again when going through the area.

This is a very nice hotel in a more out Of The way location. You need a car ! Lots of free parking. It worked well For us as we had a u haul For a move and we could easily park it

We stayed here as we were visiting Queens University. The hotel is within 10 min to the university and downtown Kingston area but at a VERY affordable price with parking INCLUDED! Price was about half (discounted rate) of what we were going to pay to stay in the downtown area. Had we stayed downtown, we would have had to pay for parking on top of the room rate. The hotel and rooms have been renovated but you can see areas that are still on the older side. Elevator, hallways...mattress, lounge chair in our room were older.
