All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Clean and family friendly

Clean, bright, spacious and well laid out property. Beautiful design, and family friendly. The check in starting at 3pm is the "kicker" for lack of a better word. It certainly wasn't at 3pm. It was 5pm. However, what's unacceptable is the intended lack of communication to those who were left waiting on status of room availability. For someone who stems from working in a five star hotel with several years in hospitality; In addition, to being part of a flight crew and experienced various stays at hotels; Coral Springs may want to review their protocol or lack there of. Especially, when there is whispers of preferential treatment to persons (of certain ethnicity) who checked in later without delay. This treatment was also observed at Martha's Market which quite frankly was the least favorite of all the restaurants. The persons offering time shares upon arrival is pleasant. It's the " complimentary" breakfast that is included in your package thats quite interesting. Not to mention,the front desk asking for your home address for an invalid reason? Otherwise, the lazy river, the pleasant staff in the gym and room and beverage attendance made it a enjoyable stay.

If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself was a three bedroom two bathroom home clean and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine.AC in the bedrooms and lots of fans in the rest of the house. The only thing I would say is there is no front desk so read the instructions they send shortly before your stay and call or text via whats App if you need to get in touch. Communication can be a little slow since its not a 24hr desk setup so get in touch early to clarify anything. The caretaker were very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.
