夕飯時に子供用の食器が無いとの事でデザートスプーンをお借りしました。偏食なので食べられるのか心配でふりかけを持参。その様子を見て下さっていたようで翌朝には食器に加え、同じキャラクターふりかけを用意してくれていて嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方々の気配りは素敵でしたが、食事スペースや温泉の脱衣所（特に髪の毛）等、所々掃除が行き届いていない点が気になりました。 子供の思い出作りにプールやフリースペース、動物との触れ合いも楽しめたので概ね満足です！

自分達の手で作ってる感があり、すごく良かったです。千と千尋みたいで、前を流れる川と建物の感じがとっても癒されました。 ボブともも太郎もとっても可愛かった❤️ また行きたいです❗️ 露天風呂の開放感。もう少し目隠ししてほしいかな😅

早朝のタクシーが見つからなかったが、一緒に探してくれ代わりの方が送ってくれ大変有難かった。 部屋に施設案内があればもっと良かった。TVが普通に見れず説明があると良いなと思ったが、部屋も広く何よりスタッフの方がとても親切だった。

地下2階の温泉♨️
お部屋が広くゆっくり過ごせましたし簡単な調理ができたので助かりました。 事前の情報収集が足りずエレベーターがない事に気づいていなかったので、地下2階の温泉へは膝の悪い相方には無理でした… また、部屋に洗面台がなかったので不便でした。
