Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Not an enjoyable stay
Between the stench of burning wafting in from the bustling street outside, the one inch of leg room when on the toilet, the lack of TV remote, and the lack of a working AC, I cannot rate my stay here as enjoyable. A lot of the staff seemed unattentive and when the complimentary water was dropped off one afternoon while I was in the room, the staff didn't even knock - just unlocked the door and apoligzed... Keep in mind that you aren't paying a lot of money to stay here and this is also Kisumu, but if you aren't a tolerant traveller you'll probably regret staying here for more than a night or two.
