素泊まりで安くと割り切る方なら、コスパ的に安く良いホテルです。フロントの従業員さんの対応も好印象です。ただ、ホテルの建物設備は古く、最上階の部屋を利用したのですが、雨漏りの応急処置処置で天井中雨漏りシートが貼られているのは、最初大丈夫かなと思いました。それでも部屋自体は家族４人やったら過ごせる位広くて、結果的に快適にすごせました。

ユニットバスのシャワー関連でお湯を出すのに1分もお湯を出し続け無ければ、お湯を使えないのは難点。 喫煙ルームがホテルの外にある。 歯磨き用のコップがプラカップで驚いた。 大抵は専用のコップが多いのに。

利用する前日にファミリールームを予約させていただきました。とても安かったのでお部屋は期待していませんでしたが、とても広く過ごしやすくお値段以上でした！安くて広くて子連れにはとてもありがたかったです。トイレの鍵が壊れていたり、お風呂のドアが重たかったり等気になる点はいくつかありましたがお安いので問題ありません！また北見に用事がある際には利用させていただきたいです。

コスパ良いです

小学生の子ども2人と夫婦 4人家族で素泊まりしました。 和室に布団2枚ベッド２つ 広々していて、この値段はコスパ良いです。 ビジネスホテルだと4人で同室はなかなか難しいので、家族みんなで泊まれて1万以下はなかなか無いと思います。 シンプル、最低限な設備でしたが何も困ることはなかったです。とても満足しています。
