Front desk staff, 2 ladies there on July 23rd around 1pm. Wonderful, I wanted a room on ground floor, and they gave me a great executive room. The Bruce bar/restaurant was great quality. Parking conveniently steps from my room. Great area to shop and eat. Just a pleasant 3 night stay. Will come back when I’m in this area again!

Living the 5 star experience without the 5 star price. My family and I were truly amazed at the Cambridge hotel and conference center. Everything was spotless! The rooms were fitted with nice laminate/vinyl flooring, the bathrooms were spacious, and the complementary coffee was amazing. Access to the hotel was convenient since it was right off the 401. There's were big box stores all around for last minute shopping. Great for little kids. The hotel offers a nice discount for the morning breakfast buffet in the adjoining restaurant. It would be nice if the bar was opened later than 10p, but that's just our personal preference. Overall, one of the best stays we have been in southern Ontario.

We had two rooms booked for our family for a softball tournament this weekend. We arrived at the hotel to check in, and were surprised and frustrated to be told that we couldn’t pay with a debit card. We travel all over Ontario, Michigan and Ohio. We always give our credit card for incidentals, but pay the room fees with debit. I went through all my emails from the hotel and I did not see that information anywhere.

This hotel has easy access to the 401. It is conveniently located between the 3 cities that make up Cambridge. Shopping is right across the highway. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, or you can enjoy the food at the hotel in their restaurant.

Conveniently located off the 401. Did not use the lobby restaurant / bar but it looked nice. Plenty of free parking. Automatic doors at the hotel entrance would be nice especially given the fact most people are carrying a lot of bags etc. when checking in. Rooms were fine. We were in a suite. Couch and rug were very dated. Beds were comfortable though. Fairly spacious. Price was right. We were supposed to be given a free drink as part of our VIP check in. Didn't happen.

There was two of us in room only supplied 2 towels had to ask for more. Had to ask to replenish coffee pods, and tea, and toliet paper. We had a dog so had to get room cleaned when we went out with dog, sometimes only a quick clean Hotel itself is nice clean, and friendly staff. Didn’t eat at Hotel but do have a nice restaurant Also on one website it showed a indoor pool but there isn’t one.
