I would not consider this hotel to truly offer free breakfast. During most of the time I was there, the breakfast area was empty, including the juice machine. One staff member was trying to manage the breakfast area alone while three others sat at the front desk and did not offer any assistance. Staff rushed through their duties and did not seem concerned that items were not restocked during opening hours. It gave the impression that guest experience was not a priority. The only standout positive was the cleanliness. The hallways were clean, although they had an odd smell. The rooms were small and fairly basic. Overall, I expected better attention to detail, service, and coordination among staff.

The hotel itself was fine. However - there needs to be something on the website that indicates when a hotel does not have an elevator. I booked there cause I’ve stayed at other comfort inns, and it was conveniently located and inexpensive. I booked a room that was described as being on the top floor - that was fine, but there was nothing to say there was no elevator. My 76 year old mother (who has had 5 joint replacements) travelled with us, and had a very difficult time navigating this. The hotel was sold out so we could not change to somewhere on the bottom floor.

Room was clean. Check-in was very smooth. I had to drop my mom off to the hospital for surgery in the morning and needed somewhere to stay while waiting, so they offered us a late check out which was very helpful and accommodating.
