Had to walk half a mile to room 424. TV kept breaking up was told it was the service provider. Open the patio door for some air and it froze open. Had to use the blow dryer to melt the bottom of the door to get it closed.

Usually parking is included with the cost of the hotel and if it is not, the hotel should notify the customer instead of telling them at checkout. Same with breakfast. It is usually complimentary as well.

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious, reasonably priced and the service was excellent. We used the pool which was clean.

Super clean rooms! Probably one of the best I’ve seen! Front desk staff friendly. Parking convenient. A lot of dining options around including in hotel itself. Walkable to lots of amenities. Nice hotel!

Great spot for anything downtown Kitchener. Rooms are always decent and check in staff/manager is great. Can be a little noisy at times but 10/10 for value.
