Hotwl room was clean and had mini fridge and microwave. Balcony was a great bonus but no chairs to sit on out there. Gym had plenty of equipment and pool area clean. No place to change for pool, which as odd, as well as no other way to access but walking through the lobby area. I would bring a robe for this as none are supplied. Close to resturants but also has one on site.

The toilet in our bathroom continually plugged up where we could not flush it. We called the front desk several times to fix it. After each fix it would clog again. The hotel said they would move is and never did. Needed to use the bathroom at the lobby or in friends rooms. The inconvenience was unreal

Hotel was in a convenient spot to king st downtown. Hotel itself was in need of a face lift, rooms outdated, toilet difficult to flush very little water pressure, tiles in the shower cracked. Parking was a disaster, the outside portion is under construction very limited parking, parking spots are too small for anything bigger than a small compact vehicle. If ever in Kitchener again I would look to stay at another hotel, as the price was not in line with what was offered.
