Wonderful experience

My stay at the Crowne hotel was satisfactory. The staff was courteous especially the front desk receptionist (Mansi) who provided excellent service with a smile. The location was great and the room was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The bathroom was the size of a postage stamp. It didn't have a fan. There wasn't any place to hang towels so that they would dry by the next morning. The electrical outlets were across from the mirror and my curling iron would not stay plugged in the outlet. The counter was so small there was hardly any room to set my curling iron down if I had been able to use the plug in the bathroom. The fridge froze our drinks. I also felt the room could have used better lighting. The beds were very comfortable.
