Our room was directly above the pool, making the temperature unpredictable and the smell of chlorine overwhelming. It was not a pleasant place to sleep and when I mentioned this to front desk staff, there was no response. We will not be returning.

Everything was very good except, there was no housekeeping done on our second day. We were not aware that this must be requested at check in. I have never experienced this situation at anytime, no matter where I have travelled, Internationally, nationally or locally. We had to request towels etc from housekeeping as everyone had showered before the competitions. Honest review

The front desk was not manned by personnel most of the time, they would be in the back office and I had to call out to try and get service and check in. Kitchen was not outfitted with any items, including utensils, dish ware, simply empty cupboards. Breakfast was adequate but not good. Did enjoy the hot tub and gym.
