We had a very spacious and clean room. I never sleep well in hotels but this was so nice and quiet, the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The pool was clean and not full of chunks of hair like our next hotel was. It was lovely.

Spacious, comfortable room. Good security. Air conditioning works well, except in the hallways. Breakfast choices limited and just okay. Great that various complementary coffee/tea choices are available in the lobby throughout the day. Not the best eco-friendly hotel...eg. the room's recycling container is too small; plastic cups, instead of washable glasses, are for the breakfast juices.

The room we were in was spotless. The bedding was luxurious. The pullout couch was very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the pool was a lot of fun. I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and I will definitely be back.

The location was excellent for visiting St. Jacobs and accessing the bike trails. The parking was well lit, visible and safe. I loved the included breakfast and always-available coffee. But curiously the most notable things in my opinion were the elevators. Maybe I'm just so used to waiting minutes for an elevator to arrive, but here an elevator usually arrives in 15 seconds or less, even if you just miss one of them! Granted the place only has 5 floors, but I've definitely been to places with fewer floors that have slower elevators.

Great shower and washroom. Need to adjust glass door so stays closed. Great room overall however couch and desk chair are very stiff and don't offer much comfort. Happy to respond.
