Asked Expedia to allow a change in date. Medical appointment changed gave 10 days notice before date of reservation. After at least 3 requests for the change the response from Expedia changed from cancel to revised to cancel and ended up Expedia didn't do anything. Always always deal directly with the hotel. Expedia will never be used again by our family. Disappointed with Expedia customer service.

This hotel was NOTHING like the photos provided when booking, no hot tub, pool was tiny and freezing cold, no towels, fridge door wouldnt open, beds were awful, springs in my hip and ribs, I barely slept and refused to stay a 2nd night. Found the last possible spot to park my truck and when I left to get a decent coffee it was taken by the one of 100 people there for some hockey convention. No bell carts, elevators took forever. Our stay here was absolutely dreadful. Our timing seemed to be way off too but even on a good day I wouldnt say this is any kind of luxury or relaxing nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Expedia is a scam artist showing pictures of other hotels while booking.

Check-in was super easy and the front desk attendant was able to provide us with early check-in so that we could get ready for a wedding. The lobby was clean and it looked like they had a great little breakfast area for the mornings. Conveniently located right off the highway for easy access.

This Hilton is a fine property, nothing special overall, but clean, quiet, with friendly helpful staff. I had no problems and would stay here again. Decent value for $.

Great stay

Beds were comfortable. No bed bugs. No dirty spots or debris. Hotel was well maintained. Massive snowfall overnight and walkways and driveway was nicely cleared.

Poorly maintained.

Booked a suite with Jacuzzi. No hot water in shower or tub. Taps on both were faulty. One staff member on site. Could not shower or use the tub. Staff member did make an effort but can only do what they can do within their powers.
