Location was very close to University of Waterloo, which is great. It was safe and quiet. Breakfast was included with our stay, which was good, however it lacked variety. At times we had to request extra toilet paper.

Nice large rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast buffet. Only complaint was they said they were going to clean the room every other day and it wasn’t done during our 3 night stay.

Great location, quiet and safe. Near farmers market. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast has always been a staple at Homewood Suites but we would have wish to have more variety and to have reusable dishes, ustensiles and cups instead of one time useable at the common eating area. Not far (10 minutes drive) from University of Waterloo for future Waterloo parents who wish to help their children move.

I have Celiac disease, so a room with a basic kitchen was a godsend. It was clean, easy, and comfortable. I was able to bring some food with me, and for at least one meal each day, be confident that I could eat safely.

Clean and beautiful rooms. Staff is very friendly and polite. There are a few items that could be improved. First is the pool, while the pool room was warm the pool itself is not heated and very cold compared to the room temp. This made for a bit of an uncomfortable swim. The only other issue was at check in called to see if they had an early check in available and they told us they would call us when the room was available and we did not get a call, checked in at normal time without issue.
