We had a fantastic stay. Room was upgraded and it was a lovely surprise. The room was beautiful and spacious for our family. The only disappointment was the pool. It was intoxicating with chlorine and could only stay for a short time as it was too much. Overall a great stay though.

Great hotel - Pool is Meh

The hotel and the room was great. The service was great. The pool. Meh! Looked like a dirty bathtub and had way too much chlorine. So much that it burned your eyes while sitting around the pool. The door into the pool was propped open when we arrived to allow ventilation and the door to the outside was broken so you could not get air flow, but also a safety hazard. The pool has potential as it is geared to families with a splash pad and a wave blaster. But they need to get someone in to make the pool a top tier pool.

This property was adjacent to St Jacobs market. Conveniently right across the street from the market and the outlet shops. Our one bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a happy hour and free breakfast. I would book this property again when I visit the market
