We love everything about this hotel. It’s right by the highway but quiet in room. Front desk staff was very friendly and offer the welcome guest cookie and water. Room is clean while amenities are sufficient as well.

Stayed for business. Clean firm bed and friendly services. The buffet breakfast is great with freshly made omelette bar and Starbucks coffee. Easy access off main road with many restaurants nearby. I went to Del’s Italian for stone-oven pizza. It was great. Can go shopping at Fairview Park Mall within few mins drive.

There was urine in the toilet and hair in shower . The bathroom walls were all peeling which is usually a sign of mold . There were two parties : the room beside me and the other above me. I understand it’s the long weekend but there was ruckus all night into the early morning.

This property was rated a 4-star. Unfortunately, the daily housekeeping, didn’t come until 7:30pm after I called the front desk. The next night same thing, I called at 5:30 and at 8pm someone knocked on our door—“do you want your room cleaned?” So for our stay we had cleaning one of the days. Next, we had to leave one day early on our 5 day trip for a funeral. Both the hotel and Expedia, said it was the other person’s fault for not allowing us to cancel with a refund—we gave them 3 days notice. This went on for three days. We were incredibly disappointed. So, it’s either, book your hotel direct from the hotels website or makes sure you book with clear conditions!!! (I can’t tell you which one is better as both parties blamed it on the other one!!!)

For Breakfast, there is no option to add on when booking. But in the hotel you need to buy $20 dollar per person for breakfast buffet which is not worth it. This is not present experience.

This place is lovely and beautiful! Love the pool and indoor option of Starbucks! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Don't think our room was vacuumed well as we found some hair. Also the tv had no options but HDMI connection. But overall would definitely recommend!
