the place was ok. to check in, they left our room key in a lock box with all instructions. we went out at night for hopes to see the northern lights and our key didnt worked for the second time when we tried to open the main entrance door and since the is no reception and our phones werent working we truly almost called the emergency # as it was extremely called and our. Thank goodness somw guest arrived like 20 mins after and let us in on the other main entrance on the second floor overall ok but doors are horrible/ keys

Nice stay
Very comfortable stay with a great room, with a very spacious bathroom. Had all facilities we needed and would like to say how lovely it is to walk into a warm room from the cold outside. Instructions to enter property were clear and everything worked well. Breakfast was very good and with a lot of options, you could choose whatever you wanted.

Lost in the Wilderness
The hotel was very comfortable; the bedrooms were a reasonable size and well furnished. Whilst on the main road the area is very so, combined with a comfortable bed, I slept well. The breakfast was in the buffet style but very good with a good variety to choose from. Whether it was out if season (late November) the hotel seemed to have few occupants. Other than the sauna, which I didn't use, everything else seemed closed. The main downside of the hotel is the transport links to anywhere!! There is a very limited bus service that connects to the airport and Levi; twice a day I believe. The alternative is very expensive; taxis....€22 to the airport which was about 4.5km in distance. To Levi was €53.00! A basic but good hotel but personal transport is a must.

Ok just for sleeping one night. Modest. The stuff was friendly, but not very interested in helping. The breakfast was worse than ever eaten in hotels. There was good lamps in our room, better than ever seen in hotels. But all together, like a dead place.

Convenient hotel to Kittila airport
Hotel was clean with no frills. Rooms are spacious but the bed was a bit hard. Only stayed one night as it was close to the airport. Breakfast was standard hotel fare with hot and cold options. The gym was actually more impressive than most hotels! I'd stay again for the airport proximity but there is not much to do in town. Very convenient for my trip.

La struttura a parete nostro è molto cara per gli standard che offre: - chiave della camera in stile anni ‘80 che non funziona mai - struttura vecchia - personale assente se non durante la colazione e direi poco o per nulla cordiale - nei dintorni, in questo periodo (dicembre), c’è la più totale assenza di cose da fare, o ci si sposta a Levi (molto cara) o a Rovaniemi (città puramente dedicata al parco di Babbo Natale)
