The only thing I didn't like was the fact my vehicle was broken into on our last night there and nobody said anything about previous break ins till after it happened!! Thankfully epic glass down the road was able to take good care of me same day.

Short two day stay. Checked in by Leah who was very friendly and extremely helpful, I requested a ground floor room last minute and she accommodated. She also provided us with restaurant info. We were, however, sandwiched between two rooms with multiple loud folks and learned the walls are pretty thin. Room was clean. Breakfast was kept well stocked. Hot tub was closed for the season. Overall good for what it was.

Well we were stuck in the handicap unit. The room had a very bad odor. No tub only shower and the faucet in the sink had more pressure than the shower. The gal in charge did let us use the suite next door for the tub. That was a wonderful blessing. We have stayed here since it opened and the property has went down hill since.

The desk clerk put us right next to the stairs on the 1st floor and we were woken up at 5am with people running downstairs and out the door, also next to the room!

The pictures for this hotel feel deceiving. The pictures made it seem updated. Even the outside looked somewhat updated. Everything in the inside from the lobby, stairs and room felt terribly outdated. It felt dingy and smoky. This was disappointing. We could hear the guests in the next room coughing all night.

We were given a room that was either occupied or in process of being cleaned at 6pm. Door was open, tv was on and bedsheets were in a bundle. 2nd room had a tv that did not turn off. It was unplugged when we arrived and we had to do same to turn it off. Walls were super thin. We could hear the people next door texting!

The hotel room was nice, clean but the morning of check out 2 passenger side windows were busted out glass everywhere inside and out. No one offered to clean the glass off the pavement so I felt the need to ask for broom and dust pan cleaned it up for them

Awful. Putting a non-hearing impaired person in a room for impaired persons is unacceptable. You hear every conversation at the front desk, the lobby tv is on the other side of the bed - and you hear it in the middle of the night -, and conversations and the moving of chairs from the dining room.

The hotel is an older hotel.. nothing fancy but it was clean.. lobby and room . My check in lady was very nice and friendly.. my checkout gal.. friendly.. from her chair in her little room but LAZY didn’t even get up to take my keys her comment “just leave keys on the counter” . I double checked my receipt to make sure I shiny get charged for an xtra stay as she was too LAZY to get up from her chair to walk maybe 5ft to check me out in computer..

The person checking us in was exceptional. Everything else was great except the Direct TV picture kept freezing and pixelating, was basically unwatchable. Front desk suggested unplugging it for 30 seconds then plugging back in. That didn’t help. After this experience, why anyone would choose Direct TV is beyond me.
