Clean rooms, friendly staff:)

Nice hotel in a central and quiet place, lots of nice arts at walls, good restaurant and bar, helpful staff and I had a pleasant stay.

We didn't get internet in the room and talk to the receptionist . But never was looked at. The air-conditioning was set by the hotel but it was hot . Parking you pay extra €15a day . The restaurant was good . Turkish food . The staff was friendly.

At this moment, I think this is the best hotel in Sofia. Everything inside is modern and spotless, the staff is very helpful, and the amenities are top-notch.

The hotel location is great, with easy access to multiple popular attractions. The hotel staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Garage access is problematic, and staff help was needed.

We were surprised for how clean and comfortable this place was for us expending one night. Plenty of space in the room and nice bathroom too.

Super clean and comfortable hotel, AC was a bit wonky, would not come on and often I would have to get the front desk to reset it, and phone has no direct call to front desk, had to always go down to the lobby to talk to them. Otherwise it was superb.

Before I mention the bad, let me say that the breakfast and location are good. We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Found out after the first night that room AC was not working. Was a scorching 30+ celsius outside and inside temp would not drop below 27 celsius. Informed staff on 3 occasions about the AC not working in the room. They sent people up twice and claimed it was just the settings that were off on the thermostat. Settings were NOT wrong. Please verify the AC unit itself operating by the window. The hotel would not relocate us to another room even after we asked. We will not be staying or recommending this hotel to others.
