This was the perfect spot to spend a few nights in Stockholm. It's in the middle of Gamla Stan and we had a few minutes walk to whereever we wanted to go. A couple caveats--we used a taxi and it was about a 5 minute walk over cobblestones to get to the apartment since there's no cars allowed. There's also 3 big steps to get into the building. If you are ok with that, you can't go wrong. You are staying in a home built in the 1300's in the best area to stay in Gamla Stan. It's very safe and the bed was comfortable.

My family of four loved our stay at The Grand Residence. The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy Stockholm. It has modern, yet comfortable, Swedish furnishings. The beds are very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Blackout curtains made sure our rooms were dark at night (in the spring, it is daylight from 3am to 11pm every day). The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but at the same time walkable to restaurants, shopping and tourist sites.We would definitely stay again.

Very easy communication and enjoyable space.

Great and spacious apartment right in the city centre. The kitchen was very functional and allowed us to have breakfast and a couple of evening meals. Great for families travelling with children. Clean and bright. Handy option for luggage storage after checkout too.

Was great and the breakfast was superb

I really enjoyed my week long stay. The rooms are great and I enjoyed having a small apartment in a neighborhood. Everything is really accessible from the Unity but you do have to take transit to the center of town as it's a little out of the way, however, the neighborhood has everything you might need within a short walk. There is on site laundry and although I didn't have their breakfast, it looked good.
