This motel is pet friendly which is a BIG plus. It's very difficult to find a Motel of this high quality that is. The continental breakfast is a nice addition. The room is furnished with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee and miscellaneous flavors of tea. Tea in a hotel room is refreshing. Good idea. A nice size TV with cable. Last but not least, the room prices are very affordable. It's located in a nice area within walking distance of 4 upscale restaurants. Also I always take advantage of the Krogers with a Starbucks coffee store is merely 2 blocks away. I also found all of the personnel and cleaning staff to be friendly and helpful.

Good price, good location, friendly staff. The only issues I had were a fridge making weird sounds and the toilet that tilted a bit seemed like it wasn't installed properly. These weren't issues requiring a room change or anything, but I let the staff know at check-out. Overall, a good place to stay.

Why does it seem if you use Expedia, they give a questionable room. The first room they gave us was dirty. Quickly exchanged for another room next door. Run down. They only had kids cereal and bagels for breakfast.

Front desk lady was not at all helpful. She didn't help us with setting up crib for infant. She was very reluctant to help us with anything. The room was not cleaned and carpet near the sink area was wet. She didnt even aknowledge that and offered a new room. Had to spent a night in this crapy hotel in which I would never stay again.

Very nice hotel but to say this property is pet friendly is not true...You can bring a pet but expect to pay another 2/3 higher for the privilege and been sent to farthest corner of the property

We were pleased with our stay. The room did smell like it was in an old smoking area of the hotel. Its a bit dated inside the room and in the hallways. The exercise room left a bit to be desired but the staff was friendly and very helpful and accomodating. The walls are a bit thin so you hear a lot of coming in and out from other guests but generally we were happy with our stay.

Super friendly staff. Very clean rooms and in good repair, especially for the fact we stayed in the pet friendly rooms. Had a fridge and microwave which were clean and a definite bonus. My only complaint was the beds were too firm but thats just a personal preference for me. Definitely would stay again for all the positives plus the great price.
