Was great not to far from downtown and right off interstate. Not sure the guys name that checked me in on Thursday night but he was amazing!!! Even got the Knoxville travel book and showed me things on map. Loved our stay and the first time for us to be in Knoxville, came to see JellyRoll

Great short stay!
Nice and clean. The bed was wonderful and comfy. The wood in the bathroom was a little run down but it wa obvious that a new floor and sink had been put in.. plug in’s on both sides of the bed, which was helpful. Great for our pup too, lots of grass out front.

This is a disgusting hotel that was 450 dollars a night. I was in town for a UT football game and don’t know anything about Knoxville. Do not stay here! I would rather sleep in my truck.

For the price I paid ($400 due to game day gouging) this was a horrible night’s stay - especially for a 2 star hotel. The bed was so squeaky so even the slight movement made noise it made for an unpleasant sleep. I would not recommend.

I couldn’t get a properly working iron. I was very confused as to why. After 3 tries I finally got one to get my clothes ready for the event I travelled to attend. I probably won’t be staying with Best Western anywhere again. Very bad.

Comfy beds make all the difference
Front desk was delightfully helpful. Arrived a little early but was able to checkin no problems. Beds were as comfortable as prior reviews had said. Pool was clean. Appliances in rooms were a little outdated but still worked fine. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast were ample and hot :-) neighborhood around hotel wasn't the best but if a good night's rest is what you're looking for then look no further. Ready for the long road ahead!
