I tried to check-in, but there were issues with my reservation and I had to cancel it. I had to reach out Expedia to cancel it. The guy at the desk tried to hold onto my driver’s license after Expedia had cancelled the reservation. He got hostile towards me and another person waiting to check-in. I never stayed here and am still waiting for the refund back to my bank.

Rooms need work/inefficient redeposit
First, I want to say the lady who checked me in at the front desk was wonderful. I do not want this review to reflect her at all. I don't know where to start so I'll start with the location of the room the room was located less than 10 ft from the lobby making it quite noisy, and the $200 deposit for locals that I had to pay won't be redeposited back into my account for 7 to 10 days which I know can be done quicker and theoretically should be done shortly after checking out, The AC worked but not well and was rattling loudly you could feel it vibrate the floor if you were standing close to it, the furniture in the room was in poor shape and the bed was squeaky but on the positive side, comfortable. The best thing about the room I stayed in which was handicap accessible was the shower, if you have difficulty with stability this was a great shower. On the other hand the toilet was very difficult to flush, I called the front desk because I thought something was wrong with it and I was informed I needed to turn the water on so it would flush properly but the water was on and I had this experience one other time at the same location in a different room. So the toilets at this hotel are a problem. And morning to anyone who reserves a handicap accessible room with a rolling shower, you'll be getting the same room I'm talking about. I was informed that the room directly in front of the lobby is the only one with a walk-in shower . That's a shame!

Don’t spend your money on this hotel
This property is old and filthy. The suites are roomy but the bathroom is moldy and one of the outlets in the room has been on fire. Sketchy. Don’t leave your room alone at night. No restaurant or bar area to enjoy the evening.

The only thing was that I had a ID because I used to live here, but I moved to Georgia so they charge me a deposit because my address was within 50 miles because they said of people partying and I was not told that When I made my reservations so I was out extra hundred dollars on my card that I needed to have a rental car to go back home

The property was not clean from the minute that you walk in. The staff was nowhere to be found when we were trying to check in. The room had black mold and you could smell it. It was also very visible on the walls. There was what look like feces on the wall. The towels had pubic cares on them, and there was also pubic hair in the bed so we know the linens weren’t changed. The whole experience was horrible and we only stayed because it was so late at night that we had nowhere else to go in a a city we know nothing about. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Let's start with the Pros: Bedding was excellent. We slept well. However, the hotel is in need of some major repairs and upkeep. walls, doors, and floors were dirty. Shower head was clogged with calcium deposits.

This is just a NO! my wife and I travel all over and we rarely leave hotel reviews. This place is just NOT as pictured. The hotel is ran down, smells, stains on the carpet. There is no “store” it’s legit 2 vending machines. The rooms are incredibly outdated. Stains on the fridge, dishwasher from the 1980’s, old AC unit, terrible view outside the window… tried to upload pics just won’t work. This place is not worth your money. 1st night we laid in bed searching hotels to find a different one to go to. We ended up toughing it out and staying, but given the choice to leave and find another we would have taken it! Staff was nice, location was good, but those are my only positives.
