This will be our new stopping point on our drives to FL. Affordable. Easy to find. Lots of dining options close by. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was adequate with multiple choices.

As I write this at 3 a.m. on January 11, 2025, I am compelled to document what has undoubtedly been the most deplorable, disgusting, and utterly unacceptable hotel stay of my life. I traveled to Knoxville for a business trip and, due to last-minute circumstances, had no choice but to book this establishment. Initially, the first couple of days seemed tolerable, though I began waking up with severe sinus issues. I also noticed an unusual amount of dust lingering in the air at random intervals. When the snowstorm arrived and temperatures plummeted, I was forced to rely on the heating system to stay warm. That’s when I discovered the horrifying state of the air filters. Upon inspection, I was absolutely appalled. The filters were coated in layers of filth, grime, and dust. To document the severity, I wiped them with a clean white towel—only to see it turn pitch black. The aftermath? Waking up each morning with a raw throat, a persistent cough, and worsening sinus issues. The air quality in this room is nothing short of a health hazard. It is clear that these filters have not been cleaned or maintained in months, if not longer. This is not merely negligence—it is outright dangerous. This issue has caused me to develop a severe sinus infection. As I write this, I plan to visit urgent care first thing in the morning to have a medical professional assess the full extent of the damage. I have now been forced to unplug the heating unit entirely, leaving me to endure an outside tem

Room could be more clean, sheets had a plastic stain (??), there were dirt spots on the floor. However, the room was big, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was horrible: tasteless eggs, greasy sausage patties and mushy bagels.

Hotel was nice. Check in easy. Breakfast was better than average and refilled items quickly. Had to ask at front desk for blanekt and linens for pullout couch. We did find a pizza box that was in the closet and mold on the shower curtain so room could have been cleaned a tad better. Overall would stay again.
