Our room was 'tired'. Our carpet was very stained. Our bed was 'weary'. Our sheets were 'exhausted'. Our room was probably pet designated, therefore, I cannot speak for other rooms, but it was a sad room for us.

It’s an older property and the nightly rate is very competitive. Room interiors were refreshed in the last several years. The bed linens were clean but there was a dried booger stuck to my comforter with hair attached to it. I think it was an oversight by the housekeeper. Other than that it was fine.

Great stay
Breakfast was eggs, bacon and sausage, bagels, waffles. A full, good breakfast. Bed was soft and clean. Shower was full blast. TV needed to be updated but we were too tired to watch it. But workers were great. Overall a really great stay.

This hotel definitely needs an update. We didn’t really mind, because it seemed to be fairly clean, but the toilet seats being painted in various places was very odd. Pillows are comfortable, they offer firm and soft choices. The mattress will do no favors for your back. Do yourself a favor and skip their breakfast, but grab one of their complementary cookies on your way out-those cookies are amazing.

Carpet stained .walls dirty,unfinished. we were not able to enter our room. The key was not working all the time we were there and no one was able to correct it and I cannot reach the property. I can’t get a number online. We requested a refund and they agreed so perhaps you can help me with this Expedia since I booked it through you.
