Bathroom cleanliness
The front desk agents were absolutely amazing and gave me the best and quickest service. The only negative thing was that the bathroom appeared it was maybe not yet cleaned. There were dirty towels in the shower as well as hanging on the shower curtain. Brown residue all on the bottom of the bathtub and both the sink and bathtub stopper were broken off. The wall paper was ripping from the wall and water was getting underneath by the shower head.

I was not as impressed with this hotel as I normally am with Marriott… The staff was not very friendly or accommodating, we needed towels, and it took several hours to get towels, the pool is extremely small. Therefore, the children did not want to swim in the pool. The staff was not very friendly at all, but the actual hotel room was very nice and the outside of the hotel was very nice.
