Arrived with my prepaid reservation and they did not honor your deal, then refused to refund my reservation! Preposterous! I will never ever stay in a hotel from that chain. Additionally, I had to speak with a supervisor from Expedia to have my reservation refunded. Not only I have to pay twice as much in another hotel, but also I had to deal with this situation while trying to enjoy my trip. This really spoiled my journey.

3am wakeup

At 3am a van load of workers parked in the lot and woke me up by creating much noise with loud talk on the upper walkway in front of pur room. Because they were staying in the room next to purs this wasn't momentary. I was unable to go back to sleep and was dog tired all during the long drive I had the next day. You get what you pay for.
