The hotel was located in a good spot - not rught in the middle of everything but a nice 5 minute walk to the convention ceneter. I did not like the parking arrangement.

Great Stay near the Fort

Very nice hotel. The front desk asked us daily about our stay. Rooms are clean. The restaurant is nice - they have great expresso drinks. Great location and I love that it’s dog friendly. Only bummer is the $45 a day parking.

We choice Cumberland due to the close proximity to UT campus. But the Cons outweighed the Pros. Not to mention, broken coffee maker replaced with broken coffee maker, non working hotel phones, sham pillows vs feather pillows but the best is Valet service damaging our car. Not a good stay at all.
